Finding healthy snacks for the entire family to enjoy can sometimes be a challenge. Hummus happens to be one of our family’s favorite healthy snacks. This hummus recipe is easy to make, highly nutritious and packed with protein.
SUPERFOOD HUMMUS RECIPE
- 1 can Garbanzo Beans or Northern Beans (drained)
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 2 tbsp chopped Garlic
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Core Greens
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix together. If hummus is too thick, add 1 tbsp of 9.5 electrolyzed alkaline water until consistency is desirable.
Dip into this delicious, highly nutritious snack with your favorite fresh veggies, pretzel chips or tortilla chips!
